ARREST MOHAMED AMRA | M6 | 66 minutes
Red-dyed hair, round glasses on his nose to hide his face, beard to match – not enough to go unnoticed. Mohamed Amra, France’s most wanted fugitive, was arrested on February 22 in Romania.
This drug trafficker had been on the run since his ultra-violent escape on May 14, 2024. On that day, two prison officers were shot dead after an ultra-violent attack at the Incarville toll booth. Since then, 9 months of radio silence. No one knew where he was.
The mobilization of 150 police officers led to the arrest of some twenty accomplices around the world. Mohamed Amra is due to be extradited to France in the coming days.
How did he organize his escape? Who are his accomplices? The BMF, the notorious criminal group from the Normandy region, is said to be involved in this affair, but who is it?
