Like all the American soldiers in Iraq, they are constantly living under the threat of a bomb attack and many of them have already been wounded. And indeed, they patrol the most difficult zone in the region: the famous triangle of death” Bagdad-Tikrit-Faludja, the fief of the Sunnits, supporters of Saddam Hussein. The 18th infantry regiment is one of the most prestigious in the U.S. Army. However, some of the soldiers are beginning to crack and a lot of them no longer believe in George W. Bush’s war.
