Itinerary of a french terrorist | TF1 | Sept à Huit
June 1, 2003, it’s stupefaction in Chambles in the countryside around St. Etienne: the Moroccans launch a search warrant for a native son, Richard Robert, accused of implication in the bomb attacks which brought bloodshed to Casablanca May 16, 2003. How could this young Frenchman from a close and united family have gone over to international terrorism? Mohamed SIFAOUI has tried to reconstruct his itinerary, meeting his Moroccan wife in Tangiers. From his conversion in a mosque in St. Etienne to his move to Morocco as a presumed representative of Al-Qaeda, a backward look at the steps which transformed a child of the French countryside into a lost soldier of Islam.
