Rapes, kidnapping attempts, sexual assaults… The testimonies of users of platforms such as Bolt, Uber, Heetch, to denounce serious behavior on the part of certain drivers, are multiplying lately. 83% of women say they have already experienced inappropriate comments or more during a race… However, some of these companies have taken steps to try to curb the problem, especially around the identification of drivers.
