They are young, between 17 and 22 years old. They generally do not have any diploma, an A-levels or GCSE, and they are ready for anything to enter the police force. To permit these voluntary teenagers to become police officers, the Ministry of the Interior created a special class, called the Cadets de la République (Republic’ Juniors).Jonathan, 20 years, Mylène, 19 years and Arnaud, 18 years, member of this class, are going to follow an intensive training at the National School of Police force of Roubaix.General knowledge, law, French, physical exercises, first aid, training in a police station ….. with only one aim: to succeed the national contest of the Policemen.4800 candidates and only 150 places. Competition is hard, but the Cadets are ready to take up the challenge.
