50 candidates invited to the Olympia arena in London to compete for the title, best pizzaiolo in Europe: it’s the European pizza show. For this European championship, four Frenchmen have been selected to make up the French team. We followed Etienne, Frédéric, Cédric and Sébastien from training to the competition D-day. The French team faces eleven other nations, plus honorary invitees from America as the foremost pizza-eating country of the world.
