Eight years after the law banning soliciting, French streets are once again occupied by new slaves of the sidewalk. Nearly 90% of these prostitutes are foreigners: Rumanian, Bulgarian, Nigerian or even Chinese. Enslaved by their pimps, they are regularly moved from one city to another. How do such networks operate? Exceptionally, the vice squad opened its doors to us. Who are these girls caught in the trap? We went back to their home villages to meet their families. We even met the sorcerers who have cast spells over them.
