The white queen of Togo | M6 | 66 minutes
Her name is Marie-Claude but in Togo, they call her Mawulolo (“God is great”). Today, at the age of 52, this former computer scientist from Lyons is an African queen. She never goes out without her crown and “reigns”over 11 villages, or 4,000 people. Marie-Claude arrived here twenty years ago. She takes care of orphans, has built a health center and pays for the children’s education.
