The humanitarian organizations launch calls for donations and collect, in a few weeks, tens and tens of million of euros.Humanitarian congestion, lack of coordination, unhealthy competition between the organizations, obscure accounts, the NGO are not always as charitable as one believe. And sometimes their efficiency leaves much to be desired. Who pay for this? Victims.Two months after the tsunami, rebuilding still did not start, fishermen still did not receive boats and life still did not take again its course.
